Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. announced on August 18, 2025, the appointment of John Mahaz as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mahaz will lead the company’s operations, supply chain, and manufacturing strategy as Eos enters a critical phase of commercial scale-up.
Mahaz brings over three decades of experience in global manufacturing and operations from Jabil Inc., a multibillion-dollar global manufacturing solutions provider. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Europe and the Americas at Jabil, overseeing more than $14 billion in annual revenue and over 70,000 employees.
His background includes leading multiple manufacturing facilities to win the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence and launching numerous production facilities across mission-critical industries. Mahaz's expertise in scaling complex operations is expected to drive efficiency and help Eos expand its manufacturing footprint to meet growing customer demand for American-made energy storage solutions.
