Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. announced on November 26, 2024, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Wabash, a provider of advanced engineering and operational solutions. The proposed partnership aims to accelerate Eos’s ability to deliver large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS).
This collaboration would leverage Wabash’s manufacturing and supply chain expertise, along with its national distribution network, to streamline Eos’s operations. The goal is to transform the supply chain into a seamless, scalable, and highly integrated ecosystem, improving efficiency and reliability.
The non-binding MOU outlines a strategic framework focused on deploying advanced operational capabilities to significantly improve Eos’s systems footprint density. This partnership is expected to help Eos meet the surging market demand for advanced battery storage technologies, particularly as U.S. energy storage deployments are projected to reach 251 GWh over the next four years.
