Norwegian Cruise Line unveiled Norwegian Luna on September 18, 2024, the 21st ship in its fleet and the next evolution of its Prima Plus Class. The vessel opened for sale today for voyages beginning April 4, 2026, with initial Caribbean itineraries from Miami. Norwegian Luna is designed as a twin sister-ship to Norwegian Aqua, measuring 1,056 feet long, 156,300 gross tons, and accommodating approximately 3,550 guests at double occupancy. This represents an overall 10 percent increase in size and capacity compared to earlier Prima Class ships. The new ship will feature the NCL exclusive Aqua Slidecoaster, a hybrid rollercoaster and waterslide, and luxurious Three-Bedroom Duplex Haven Suites. These innovative offerings aim to enhance the guest experience and support NCLH's strategic growth platform by adding modern, efficient capacity to its fleet.
