Tutor Perini Corporation announced on July 22, 2025, that its subsidiary, Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI), is underway with work on two new projects collectively valued at $48.9 million. These projects were awarded earlier this year.
The first project, valued at $28,404,177, is for Barrier System Repair at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, United Kingdom, for the United States Air Force. It includes civil, mechanical, electrical, and paving work for security fencing, gates, surveillance infrastructure, and patrol roads, with work beginning in February 2025 and completion anticipated in fall 2026.
The second project, a $20,463,394 design-build contract for the United States Coast Guard, is for Rio Bayamon Housing Infrastructure, Utilities, and Resiliency in Puerto Rico. This project, which began in January 2025 and is expected to be substantially completed in spring 2027, will improve electrical and water storage infrastructure and distribution, including new access roads, security fencing, and a new utility building.
