Additionally, Ms. Sofer was a partner at venture capital firms such as Concord Ventures, Columbine Ventures, and Sanderling Ventures from 1995 to 2005. She also held a senior management position as vice president at Novartis from 1991 to 1996. Her appointment is a strategic move to enhance the board's technological and entrepreneurial insights.
