ATA Creativity Global announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024. For the full year 2024, total net revenues reached RMB268.1 million, marking a 21% increase from 2023 and surpassing the company's previously provided guidance.
The company reported a 23.2% increase in gross profit for the full year 2024, reaching RMB141.3 million, with the gross margin improving to 52.7%. Despite these gains, ATA Creativity Global recorded a net loss of RMB36.1 million for the full year 2024.
For the fourth quarter of 2024, net revenues increased by 20.7% and net income attributable to ACG increased by 54.9% compared to the fourth quarter of 2023. Looking ahead, the company provided full-year 2025 net revenue guidance of between RMB276 million and RMB281 million, representing a year-over-year increase of approximately 3% to 5% from full year 2024.
