AECOM today reported strong fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2024 results, including records for net service revenue, margins, earnings, and cash flow. For Q4 2024, revenue increased 7% to $4.11 billion, with adjusted EPS up 26% to $1.27 and adjusted EBITDA up 15% to $290 million.
For the full fiscal year 2024, revenue reached $16.11 billion, a 12% increase, while adjusted EPS grew 22% to $4.52 and adjusted EBITDA increased 14% to $1.095 billion. The company achieved a record 15.8% segment adjusted operating margin for the full year, a 100 basis point improvement.
AECOM also provided a positive outlook for fiscal 2025, expecting adjusted EBITDA of $1.19 billion and adjusted EPS of $5.10 at the midpoints. The company's backlog reached a record $23.86 billion, with a 1.2x book-to-burn ratio in the design business in Q4, indicating strong future revenue visibility.
