Advantage Solutions Inc. announced the appointment of George Johnson as its new Chief Workforce Operations Officer, effective December 31. This newly created executive position will see Johnson report directly to CEO Dave Peacock and join the company’s executive leadership team.
In his role, Johnson will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Advantage’s workforce strategy for its frontline employees. This includes talent acquisition, workforce enablement, and safety initiatives.
Johnson's primary objective will be to enhance how Advantage assigns and deploys talent across the more than 100,000 retail stores it serves annually. He brings decades of experience from leadership roles at Sysco Corp. and Aramark, focusing on driving operational performance and teammate satisfaction.
