Aflac Incorporated reported third-quarter 2024 total revenues of $2.9 billion, a 40.4% decrease from $5.0 billion in the prior year's third quarter. The company posted a net loss of $93 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, primarily due to $1.4 billion in net investment losses and foreign exchange-related losses from a 12.9% yen strengthening during the quarter.
