NWTN Inc. executed an Asset Contribution and Share Issuance Agreement with Pakistan's JW Corporation on August 11, 2025, establishing a new energy commercial vehicle production partnership. This collaboration is a key part of NWTN's 'UAE Headquarters + South Asia Manufacturing + Global Sales' strategy.
Under the agreement, NWTN gains exclusive usage rights to JW Corporation's complete knock-down (CKD) automotive assembly facility in Lahore's China-Pakistan Special Economic Zone. NWTN will also access JW Corporation's nationwide network of over 400 sales outlets in Pakistan.
This partnership aims to introduce market-competitive multifunctional new energy commercial vehicles to the global market, leveraging existing CKD infrastructure for capital-efficient manufacturing. It also positions Pakistan as an export hub connecting South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, aligning with the UAE's sustainable manufacturing goals.
