Air Industries Group announced it has received two contracts worth approximately $6.9 million. These contracts are for Fixed Wing Landing Gear Components and Rotorcraft Components for Combat Helicopters.
These awards are specifically aftermarket orders, supporting Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) of aircraft currently in the fleet. This focus aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
CEO Lou Melluzzo highlighted that these two contracts raise the total of aftermarket bookings to more than $13 million, representing nearly 50% of new business since the end of the first quarter of this year. He stated that increased penetration of the aftermarket is one of the company's primary goals for 2025 and the future, and these awards provide strong evidence of success in this area.
