Montana Technologies Corporation announced on November 13, 2024, that it has officially changed its corporate name to AirJoule Technologies Corporation, effective immediately. The company's common stock and warrants will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbols “AIRJ” and “AIRJW” respectively, with no action required by existing stockholders.
The new name, AirJoule Technologies, is intended to better reflect the company’s position as the developer of the AirJoule® technology, which is described as the most advanced dehumidification and water harvesting technology available. This change also aligns the corporate identity with AirJoule, LLC, the 50/50 joint venture with GE Vernova.
CEO Matt Jore stated that the name change enhances the company’s visibility and creates a stronger connection with stakeholders who share its vision for a water-resilient future. The new corporate name will be immediately adopted in communications and on the company’s new corporate website.
