Construction on this initial project is scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2025, with expected completion by mid-2026. The project is projected to generate over $2 million in annual revenue over its anticipated 30-year lifespan, with an estimated 80% EBITDA margin.
CEO Vincent Browne highlighted that once the entire Italian portfolio becomes operational, it is anticipated to generate over $25 million of long-term positive income streams annually. Alternatively, if the company decides to sell the portfolio in its entirety, it could yield approximately $50 million in equity value, positioning Alternus to optimize shareholder returns.
