Operation Smile announced on July 17, 2025, that Align Technology, Inc. is the title sponsor for the fifth consecutive year of its International Student Leadership Conference (ISLC). The annual week-long conference, now in its 33rd year, will be held at the University of Maryland from July 21 through July 27, 2025.
Align's sponsorship includes a commitment of over $1.6 million to student programs and provides full scholarships to more than 100 students. These scholarships enable students born with cleft conditions and those facing financial barriers in Operation Smile's program countries to attend the ISLC, covering travel costs and conference fees.
This continued partnership underscores Align's shared vision with Operation Smile to transform smiles, change lives, and achieve surgical excellence in low- and middle-income countries.
