Key features include $0 monthly premiums, $0 copays for primary care, specialist, and urgent care visits, and enhanced food and transportation benefits. Enrollment for this plan, with coverage starting January 1, 2026, is available during Medicare’s annual enrollment period from October 15 to December 7.
