Alkami Technology, Inc. has appointed Cassandra Hudson as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2025, following the retirement of long‑time CFO Bryan Hill. Hill’s last day as CFO was October 31, 2025, and he will transition to a consulting role until December 15, 2026.

Hudson brings more than 20 years of experience in high‑growth technology companies. She most recently served as CFO of StackAdapt and EngageSmart, where she led multiple IPOs, raised capital, and drove international expansion. Her track record aligns with Alkami’s focus on scaling its cloud‑based digital banking platform and pursuing strategic acquisitions.

Alkami reported Q3 2025 revenue of $113 million, a 31.5% year‑over‑year increase, and adjusted EBITDA of $16 million, more than doubling the prior year quarter’s $8.3 million. Annual recurring revenue reached $449 million, up 31% YoY. The company also completed the $400 million acquisition of MANTL in March 2025, which is expected to enhance cross‑selling opportunities and contribute to recurring revenue growth.

Hudson’s appointment is expected to strengthen Alkami’s financial discipline, support the company’s expanding debt and equity structures, and accelerate its growth plans. Her experience in capital markets and M&A will be instrumental as Alkami continues to invest in technology and market expansion.

The transition maintains continuity in financial leadership while adding expertise that aligns with Alkami’s strategic objectives.
