Allot Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT) and Compax Venture announced a partnership to deliver Allot’s NetworkSecure and OffNetSecure cybersecurity solutions to mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs). The collaboration will allow Compax’s brand communities to offer end‑users network‑based protection without requiring any application installation, creating a recurring revenue stream for Allot and extending its reach beyond traditional carrier customers.
The deal positions Allot’s OffNetSecure platform—designed to protect subscribers when they are off the carrier network—as a key differentiator for MVNOs seeking to enhance customer trust and retention. By embedding Allot’s network‑based security into Compax’s MVNO platform, the partnership enables MVNOs to offer a seamless, always‑on security experience that is difficult for competitors to replicate, thereby strengthening their value proposition in a crowded market.
Allot’s SECaaS business has been a growth engine, with Q3 2025 revenue of $26.4 million and a 14% year‑over‑year increase.
