The AmPrima® Plus solution is a mono-PE pouch that offers up to a 68% reduction in carbon footprint when compared to traditional coffee packaging alternatives. It provides a high barrier to prolong coffee freshness, runs seamlessly on packing machines, and is readily recyclable in most European countries, as certified by Institute cyclos-HTP.
This recognition reflects growing consumer demand for more sustainable coffee packaging, with Amcor's research indicating that sustainability claims positively influence 44% of coffee consumers' purchasing decisions. Amcor's flexible packaging portfolio has 94% recycle-ready solutions available as of fiscal year 2024.
