This controller is engineered as a key component in a complete system power solution for AMD AM5 Desktop and Navi44/48 Graphics Platforms, utilizing AMD SVI3 high-speed and SMBus digital interfaces. The AOZ98252QI is designed with AOS’ Advanced Transient Modulator (A2TM) to deliver fast response times and optimal current balance for transient and DC loads, while also reducing component count and BOM costs. It provides a full range of protection and warning features, including UVP, OVP, OCP, and OTP, with real-time telemetry information via SMBus.
