Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Showcases Application-Specific Solutions at electronica 2024

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited (AOSL) announced its plans to exhibit and demonstrate its expanding line of application-specific power semiconductor, power IC, and module solutions at electronica 2024. The showcase will highlight products designed for automotive, industrial, power supplies, renewable energy, and e-mobility markets. Key products to be featured include Gen2 SiC MOSFETs, which are AEC-Q101 automotive-qualified and offered in advanced packages like D2PAK-7L and GTPAK. The company will also present new 60V and 100V driver ICs for power tools and e-mobility, alongside its αMOS5™ 600V to 700V Super Junction MOSFETs for server and EV charger applications. AOSL will also display its highly efficient 25V-150V MOSFETs in advanced packaging, including a double-sided cooling DFN 5x6 and the LFPAK 5x6 package. Additionally, the Mega IPM7 series, integrating RC IGBT and high-voltage gate drivers for motor control applications, will be highlighted, covering 600V / (1A-3A) in various package options.
