Arrive AI announced it has moved into a new 30,000‑square‑foot headquarters in Fishers, Indiana, a move that signals the company’s transition from a development‑stage startup to a growth‑phase business.

The new facility, located at 9100 Fall View Drive, replaces the company’s former office at 12175 Visionary Way and will house research and development, engineering, operations, prototyping, and a showroom that will allow partners and the public to see the Arrive Points technology in action.

The expansion comes as Arrive AI’s workforce has grown from six employees in January 2025 to a projected 60 by year‑end, and as the company secures new deployments with Hancock Health, Go2 Delivery, AllMart, ACT Antigua, and Skye Air Mobility. The larger space is intended to support the growing demand for its autonomous last‑mile platform and to accelerate the rollout of Arrive Points.

Despite the expansion, Arrive AI remains unprofitable, reporting a net loss of $4.69 million on revenue of $90,725 for the second quarter of 2025, the first revenue period since its direct listing on Nasdaq on May 15, 2025. The company has raised $40 million from Streeterville Capital and nearly $12 million through crowdfunding, and its stock has experienced significant volatility since the IPO.

Neerav Shah, Chief Strategy Officer, said the new headquarters is “a launchpad for innovation” and that the showroom will let partners and investors experience the future of last‑mile delivery. CEO Dan O’Toole added that the move marks a shift from R&D to field deployment, noting that the Hancock Health rollout is a milestone that will attract further attention from the healthcare sector.

The new headquarters is a strategic investment that underpins Arrive AI’s broader plan to scale its autonomous delivery platform, attract top talent, and deepen partnerships. While the company’s financials still reflect early‑stage losses, the expansion demonstrates confidence in its technology and a commitment to achieving profitability as demand for secure, autonomous delivery hubs grows.
