Arrive AI entered a two‑year agreement with Ottonomy Inc. and Hancock Health to deploy its Arrive Points smart storage units and Ottonomy’s Ottobots for fully asynchronous medical deliveries across Hancock Health’s facilities.

The rollout will place Arrive Points at the Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center, the central laboratory, and the surgical center, allowing specimens and pharmaceuticals to be stored at controlled temperatures until staff retrieve them.

Ottonomy’s Ottobots will transport items between Arrive Points, alerting authorized personnel when a delivery arrives, and keeping items secure until pickup.

A medical assistant at the cancer center reported that the new system cut specimen‑transport time by at least half, reducing her daily walking time from over 90 minutes to under 45 minutes.

Hancock Health’s president and CEO, Steve Long, said the performance indicators suggest the technology will expand to the organization’s more than 30 locations in East Central Indiana.

Arrive AI, which trades under the NASDAQ ticker ARAI, expects the partnership to generate subscription and deployment revenue and to position the company for broader adoption across hospitals and other critical delivery environments.

The collaboration also signals confidence from a regional healthcare system that is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network and a leading robotic delivery provider.
