Arbe Robotics Ltd. reported revenues of $0.04 million for the first quarter of 2025, compared to $0.1 million in Q1 2024. The company's gross profit remained negative at $0.3 million, consistent with the prior year, and net loss widened to $13.8 million from $12.8 million in Q1 2024.

Operating expenses increased to $13.1 million, primarily due to a one-time expense related to chip design finalization, including tape-outs. The adjusted EBITDA loss for the quarter was $9.7 million, compared to $8.5 million in Q1 2024.

Despite the losses, Arbe significantly strengthened its balance sheet, reporting $36.7 million in cash and short-term bank deposits, and $35.2 million in long-term bank deposits, totaling $71.9 million as of March 31, 2025. This was bolstered by a $33 million registered direct offering and a $21.5 million release from an escrow account in January 2025.

The company secured radar system orders for data collection from leading European OEMs, a crucial step towards design wins for 2028 passenger vehicle platforms, with revenue projected to begin in 2027. Additionally, Sensrad placed an order for over a thousand imaging radar chips for non-automotive applications, and the collaboration with NVIDIA to enhance AI-driven capabilities was highlighted.
