Asset Entities Inc. announced on November 25, 2024, the acquisition of assets in the TikTok Shop space known as the TikTok Money Machine, including its Discord community. This move marks the company's entry into the multi-billion dollar TikTok creator and seller market.
The TikTok Money Machine Discord community educates content creators on selling products via TikTok Shop and connects them with major consumer product brands for sales commissions. Asset Entities also secured consulting agreements with TikTokers who have an aggregate of 280,000 Instagram and 4,700,000 TikTok followers.
The company expects this acquisition to add approximately $300,000 a year in additional revenue. This strategic purchase follows a 237% increase in gross revenues for the period ending September 30, 2024, and is part of Asset Entities' plan to expand its Discord community market share and revenue streams.
