Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. reported record sales of $454 million for the second quarter of 2025, marking a 4.8% increase year-over-year. The company also achieved an adjusted EBITDA of $95 million, with a strong 21.0% margin.

The company raised its full-year guidance for both revenue growth and adjusted EPS. Full-year revenue is now projected to be between $1.685 billion and $1.735 billion, representing 1%-4% growth, and adjusted EPS is expected to be between $2.40 and $2.60 per share.

Atmus is on track to complete its operational independence from Cummins in the third quarter of 2025, with all eight global distribution centers transitioning to direct control. This milestone is expected to enhance logistics and customer service, with full-year 2025 outlays for transition activities projected at $20 million to $30 million.

The company has repurchased $50 million of stock since July 2024, including $20 million in the second quarter, and maintains $591 million in liquidity. Management confirmed that inorganic growth in industrial filtration remains the top capital deployment priority, with a disciplined approach to M&A.

The aftermarket segment, which accounts for 86% of revenue, saw 4% year-over-year volume growth and is expected to contribute 2% in full-year share gains. Pricing actions contributed 2% to revenue gains in the quarter, helping to offset unfavorable foreign exchange impacts.
