AudioCodes Reports Q2 2025 Results and Increases Semi-Annual Dividend to 20 Cents

AudioCodes announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, with revenues of $61.1 million, a 1.3% increase compared to $60.3 million in Q2 2024. GAAP net income for the quarter was $0.3 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, a decrease from $3.8 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, in Q2 2024. Non-GAAP net income was $4.1 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, compared to $5.5 million, or $0.18 per diluted share, in the prior year.

The company reported strong demand in UC, CX, and conversational AI, with Microsoft business rising 6.5% this quarter. Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR) reached $70 million, a 25% year-over-year increase, driven by Live managed services. AudioCodes also launched its integrated Live Platform and the Meeting Insights On-Prem solution during the quarter.

Net income was impacted by approximately $1 million in additional costs from new US tariffs on imports and a significant rise in costs within the EMEA region due to the strengthening Euro against the US dollar. Despite these operational expenses, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share, an increase from the previous $0.18 per share, payable on August 28, 2025. The company also acquired 715,732 ordinary shares for $6.6 million under its share repurchase program.
