Total revenue for the full year was $330.5 million, a 22% increase year-over-year, and total Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) stood at $327.0 million, growing 24% year-over-year. AvePoint also achieved GAAP operating profitability for the full year 2024, a year ahead of its initial 2025 commitment.
For the fourth quarter of 2024, SaaS revenue grew 40% year-over-year to $70.4 million, and total revenue increased 20% year-over-year to $95.4 million. The company provided full-year 2025 guidance, projecting total ARR between $385.0 million and $391.0 million, and total revenues between $390.0 million and $398.0 million.
