This marks the fifth year American Express has been recognized as the top credit card mobile app since 2018, and the third time for both the app and website.
The studies measure overall customer satisfaction with the digital offerings of primary credit card issuers, evaluating categories such as navigation, visual appeal, speed, and information/content. American Express customers rated the company highest in all four measured categories.
Howard Grosfield, Group President, U.S. Consumer Services, stated that this recognition reflects American Express’s continuous innovation in creating intuitive, personalized digital experiences. The company has seen record digital engagement in the U.S., with monthly active users of its mobile app and website increasing by 8% over the past year.
