On June 12, 2025, Booz Allen Hamilton announced that its Colorado Springs office won the James S. Cogswell Award, the most prestigious recognition from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This award is granted to less than 1% of eligible recipients in the Department of Defense’s National Industrial Security Program.
The award recognizes facilities that maintain a security program exceeding NISP requirements and provide leadership in high security standards. This marks the third time the Colorado Springs office has received this honor and the sixth overall for the company.
This recognition validates Booz Allen’s commitment to security excellence, which is integral to its VoLT (Velocity, Leadership, Technology) strategy and its ability to deliver mission impact for clients. The Colorado Springs team supports critical space and intelligence missions for the federal government.
