Bally’s Corporation today announced plans for Bally’s Las Vegas, a transformative new entertainment resort destination set to rise on the iconic Las Vegas Strip at the former site of the Tropicana Las Vegas. The 35‑acre campus will feature two luxury hotel towers totaling 3,000 rooms, a state‑of‑the‑art entertainment venue with a seating capacity of 2,500, and more than 500,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space, alongside a casino and a VIP experience with direct access to the new Las Vegas Athletics Major League Baseball ballpark.
The project is being developed in partnership with JLL and Marnell Companies, with Marnell Architecture serving as architect of record. Bally’s Las Vegas will share the campus with the new ballpark, creating a landmark destination that blends professional sports with integrated resort amenities. The development is currently being submitted for entitlements to Clark County and is expected to commence construction in the first half of 2026.
This announcement marks a major capital investment and strategic expansion for Bally’s, positioning the company to capture a share of the high‑growth Las Vegas market and to diversify its revenue base beyond its existing casino and interactive operations. The project’s scale and partnership with leading real‑estate and design firms underscore Bally’s commitment to creating a world‑class destination that will drive long‑term value for the company and its stakeholders.
