Diluted earnings per share for the quarter were $0.94, significantly up from $0.67 in the prior year period, with net income reaching $12.4 million. Net retail sales increased by 10.8% to $114.635 million, while consolidated e-commerce demand rose by 15.1%, and commercial and international franchise revenue grew by 15.2% to $9.6 million.
Building on this strong performance, Build-A-Bear increased its full-year fiscal 2025 guidance, now expecting total revenues between $505 million and $515 million, and pre-tax income in the range of $67 million to $73 million. The company also reiterated its expectation for at least 50 net new global experience locations, signaling continued confidence in its strategic expansion and profitability.
