This role is in addition to his current position as Senior Director of Strategy for Brunswick's Boat Group. Bichucher will lead the continued growth of NAVAN's premium exploration boats across USA and international markets.
His focus will be on product innovation, brand growth, and customer experience for NAVAN. Bichucher joined Brunswick in May 2024, bringing a Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering degree and nearly a decade of experience from McKinsey & Company. He has been instrumental in developing a strategy to enhance the Boat Group's long-term profitability and growth.
