Boise Cascade Company announced on February 17, 2025, the promotion of Joanna (Jo) Barney to Executive Vice President of its Building Materials Distribution (BMD) division, effective immediately. In this role, Ms. Barney will oversee the Company’s extensive network of over 40 distribution facilities, including millwork and door shops, across the United States.
Ms. Barney joined Boise Cascade in 2005 and has held several progressive leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of BMD Western Operations and Branch Manager for BMD’s Salt Lake City, Utah location. Her extensive experience in the division positions her to drive strategic initiatives.
