Beam Global reported preliminary revenue for its fourth quarter of 2025 that rose more than 50% from the prior quarter, reaching an estimated $73 million. The jump marks the company’s strongest quarterly performance since the third quarter of 2024, when revenue was $11.5 million.

The growth was driven by a robust mix of commercial and international sales. Non‑government commercial revenue accounted for roughly 84% of the quarter, while non‑EV ARC products—Beam’s expanding portfolio beyond its flagship EV ARC system—represented about 70% of total revenue. International sales made up approximately 50% of the quarter’s revenue, underscoring the company’s successful expansion into Europe and the Middle East.

Compared with the prior year, the surge reflects a dramatic shift from a federal‑contract‑heavy model. In Q4 2024, Beam generated $49.3 million in revenue, and the company’s Q3 2024 figure was $11.5 million. The current quarter’s performance therefore signals a rapid acceleration in both volume and geographic reach.

CEO Desmond Wheatley highlighted the strategic pivot, noting that “2025 was a challenging year as the new administration paused the electrification of the federal fleet, but Beam Global transitioned from U.S. government generated revenues to a truly global footprint with an expansive product portfolio.” He added that “we grew Q4 revenues by 50% by selling new products into new markets,” underscoring confidence in the company’s diversified strategy.

Investors responded favorably to the announcement, citing the strong revenue growth, the broadened product mix, and the company’s successful move away from a volatile federal market. The company plans to file audited financial results by March 31 2026, providing a more detailed view of profitability and margin performance.
