The new agreements include Beosport for Southeast Europe, 911 Fashion for its market, and Tradist Distribution for Turkiye, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. These distributors are expected to leverage their regional expertise to expand Allbirds' brand reach.
CFO Annie Mitchell stated that the strategic decision to transition to a distributor model in international geographies is proving highly successful. This expansion is a key part of Allbirds' plan to build long-term scalable growth in overseas markets with a profitable operating model.
