BJ's Wholesale Club, through its Charitable Foundation, awarded a $75,000 grant to Feeding South Florida®. This grant specifically supports Feeding South Florida’s School Pantry Program in Palm Beach County.
The funding will provide nutritious food for students and their families experiencing food insecurity during the 40-week school year. It also covers essential operational costs such as shelving, equipment, signage, and administration.
Kirk Saville, Head of Corporate Communications, highlighted BJ's commitment to 'taking care of the families who depend on us' and making a difference in the West Palm Beach community. BJ's West Palm Beach club, which opened on October 25, also donates produce, meat, and dairy weekly to the food bank.
