Baker Hughes announced on March 3, 2025, a partnership with Frontier Infrastructure to accelerate the development of large-scale carbon capture and storage (CCS) and power solutions in the United States. This collaboration will focus on projects for data centers and industrial customers. Baker Hughes will provide key CCS and power generation technologies, including CO₂ compression, industrial NovaLT™ gas turbines, digital monitoring solutions, and well construction and completion services. This comprehensive offering will support the development of Frontier’s Sweetwater Carbon Storage Hub in Wyoming. The partnership allows Frontier to advance its projects with greater efficiencies and resources, utilizing Baker Hughes' expertise for well design and long-term CO₂ monitoring.
