The integration empowers social impact customers to more effectively reach and engage supporters through leading email, SMS, and social media functions, all accessible via an embedded experience in Raiser's Edge NXT. This combines Raiser's Edge NXT's fundraising capabilities with Constant Contact's digital marketing tools, leveraging the strengths of both platforms.
A phased rollout of the integration began in July, with general availability expected in early August. This partnership aims to provide customers with a holistic view of donor behavior, enabling AI-powered personalization and tailored messaging at scale to strengthen supporter relationships and accelerate online fundraising success.
