Brookfield Renewable Holdings SAS announced an increased price offer for Neoen's 2022 OCEANEs as part of its simplified tender offer for Neoen shares and OCEANEs. The price offered for the 2022 OCEANEs has been raised from EUR 101,382.00 to EUR 105,000.00.
The prices offered for Neoen shares (EUR 39.85) and the 2020 OCEANEs (EUR 48.14) remain unchanged. Brookfield currently holds, directly and indirectly, 67.69% of Neoen's share capital and 30% of the 2020 OCEANEs.
Brookfield will file an updated draft offer document with the French financial markets' authority (AMF) reflecting this improved price. This adjustment demonstrates Brookfield's commitment to completing the acquisition of Neoen, a global leader in renewable energy development.
