Brookfield Residential and North America Sekisui House (NASH) announced the expansion of their strategic partnership, with NASH investing in five additional Brookfield Residential master-planned communities. This latest development brings the partnership's combined total real estate assets in the United States to approximately $1.6 billion.

The expanded partnership now manages approximately 30,000 total single-family lots, solidifying its presence in the market. This includes extending their combined portfolio into high-growth regions such as Austin, Phoenix, Denver, and Northern California, complementing their nine existing markets.

Adrian Foley, President and CEO of Brookfield Residential, emphasized that this milestone investment reflects a mutual commitment to innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation in the residential land sector.
