On October 18, 2024, Ethos Real Estate and Bridge Investment Group finalized an agreement to preserve hundreds of apartment units at Horizon Apartments in Santa Ana as affordable housing. This initiative mandates that a minimum of 50% of the units will be restricted for households earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Beyond providing affordable housing, the new owner is committed to offering residents social and recreational programs. On-site health, education, and economic services will also be made available through Bridge’s long-standing nonprofit partner, Project Access.
