This second postponement was due to the continued lack of the required quorum. The Chairman again postponed the meeting to allow for sufficient shareholder participation to address the important proposals.
The physical location, the record date of June 27, 2025, the purpose of the meeting, and all proposals to be acted upon remain unchanged. The company's Board of Directors continues to unanimously recommend that shareholders vote FOR the proposals, urging those who have not yet voted to do so to avoid additional solicitation expenses.
