Anheuser-Busch marked the next milestone in its $300 million commitment to creating and sustaining U.S. manufacturing jobs on August 19, 2025. This includes a new investment in its flagship St. Louis Brewery, reinforcing its dedication to its hometown and American manufacturing. The 'Brewing Futures' initiative focuses on three key pillars: manufacturing jobs, technical skills training, and veteran career opportunities.

As part of the initiative, Anheuser-Busch is opening its best-in-class Technical Excellence Center in St. Louis to local trade schools for the first time. This facility, which has trained over 2,000 employees since 2022, will now allow students and educators to apply classroom learning in a real-world setting. This expands the talent pipeline for manufacturing careers nationwide.

Additionally, Anheuser-Busch is partnering with the Manufacturing Institute's Heroes MAKE America program to adopt a new digital credentialing system. This system translates military experience into manufacturing skills, strengthening career opportunities for veterans. These efforts underscore the company's ongoing investment in its workforce and communities across the country.
