Mr. Sefchick brings extensive financial expertise and SEC reporting experience, along with a background in business systems, which aligns with Butler National's strategic objectives for organic growth. He previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Jack Cooper, where he managed financial reporting, SEC filings, and complex financial transactions. His experience also includes roles as Vice President of Accounting and Vice President of Financial Reporting.
CEO Chris Reedy stated that Mr. Sefchick's leadership is expected to provide a solid foundation for enhancing financial transparency and supporting long-term growth.
