Mr. Rovinescu, a former President and CEO of Air Canada, expressed excitement to guide CAE through its next chapter of growth and value creation. Peter Lee will co-chair the CEO Search Committee, indicating a continued focus on the ongoing recruitment process for CAE's next Chief Executive Officer.
