CCC Intelligent Solutions expanded its Diagnostics Network by integrating Kinetic, a provider of AI‑driven calibration identification technology.
The integration embeds Kinetic’s platform directly into CCC ONE®, allowing repair shops to view OEM calibration recommendations alongside repair estimates, improving planning accuracy and reducing manual research.
Kinetic’s technology automatically identifies required calibration steps for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and delivers actionable recommendations, helping shops anticipate time, tools, and services needed for each job. The activation is available at no additional cost for existing CCC and Kinetic users.
Dan Risley, Vice President of the Automotive Service Group at CCC, said the partnership will improve repair planning and reduce potential delays. Courtney Walters, Head of Customer Success at Kinetic, highlighted that the collaboration empowers technicians to make faster, more informed decisions, accelerating workflow and enhancing communication with insurers and OEM partners.
The move places Kinetic among a growing group of diagnostics and calibration providers available through the CCC Diagnostics Network.
