CDW has confirmed that its chief growth and innovation officer, Sona Chawla, will retire effective December 31, 2025. Chawla joined the company in January 2020 and will remain on a consulting basis through April 9, 2026 to support the transition of her responsibilities.
Mukesh Kumar, who joined CDW on August 4, 2025 as chief services and solutions officer, will assume an expanded role that consolidates the technology, services, solutions, product and partner management functions into a single customer‑focused team.
The transition follows Chawla’s leadership of CDW’s digital transformation, including the launch of the Rubi digital platform and mobile app, and her role in accelerating the company’s AI offerings.
CEO Christine A. Leahy said, "Sona’s vision and execution have been instrumental in driving CDW’s growth and innovation. We are confident that Mukesh’s experience and leadership will continue to propel the company forward."
The change was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of CDW’s regulatory reporting.
