On August 20, 2025, Central Puerto S.A. entered into a purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares and votes of Fieldfare Argentina S.R.L. This entity owns and operates the "Proyecto Solar Cafayate" solar farm, located in the Province of Salta.
The solar farm has a nominal installed capacity of approximately 80 megawatts and is expected to generate 220 GWh annually. This acquisition marks a new milestone in Central Puerto's technology diversification strategy.
The transaction reaffirms the company's commitment to expanding and consolidating its strategic participation in the renewable energy market. The closing of the acquisition is expected on September 2, 2025, subject to standard conditions.
