Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. announced the signing of a new 4,700-square-foot retail lease with Healthy Baller, a performance and strength training company. The facility will be located at 11400 Commerce Park Drive in Reston Station’s Commerce District.
Healthy Baller specializes in personalized athletic development, injury recovery, and strength and conditioning programs, offering a holistic approach to physical performance. The new location is scheduled to open in Spring 2025.
This addition enhances the diverse, vibrant, and active environment at Reston Station, benefiting local athletes and the broader neighborhood with wellness and recovery services. Reston Station is expanding rapidly, with over 500 new residential units and new dining and entertainment offerings planned for the year.
