Colliers Reports First Quarter 2025 Results, Engineering Segment Delivers Strong Growth

Colliers International Group Inc. announced its first-quarter 2025 financial results, with consolidated revenues reaching $1.14 billion, an increase of 14% year-over-year, or 16% in local currency. Adjusted EBITDA grew 7% to $116.0 million, and adjusted EPS rose 13% to $0.87.

The Engineering segment delivered strong performance, with revenues totaling $377.9 million, up 59% year-over-year, or 61% in local currency, driven by recent acquisitions and internal growth. Real Estate Services revenues were $637.0 million, down 1%, though Capital Markets revenues increased 8%.

Investment Management revenues were $126.2 million, up 3%, and Assets Under Management (AUM) exceeded $100 billion for the first time, closing the quarter at $100.3 billion. Colliers reiterated its unchanged 2025 outlook, anticipating global trade uncertainty to lessen and interest rate volatility to remain stable in the second half of the year.
